Jeff Cresse, CAM, CPO
Jeff was raised in Tallahassee, Florida where his parents still call home. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1988 with a BS in Engineering Mechanics and in 1994, earned a Masters Degree of Business Administration in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
After the Academy, Jeff served his country on Active Duty for over 13 years as an Aircraft Maintenance, Transportation, Executive and Logistics Officer. His service included deployments in Operations Just Cause, Desert Shield/Storm, Desert Fox, Southern No-fly Zone and others. His Duty assignment to Hurlbut Field in 1996, brought him to Northwest Florida. He eventually settled in Destin where in January 2001. He left active duty to join the Air Force Reserves and start a civilian career in property and association management.
In 2001, Jeff worked at the Holiday Beach Resort, a time share resort in Destin. He then moved to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort as the Director of Association and Rental Management. His last position before starting Southern Association Management, he was the General Manager of The Beach Club Towers in Pensacola Beach. Also, after 9-11, Jeff was "activated" and deployed twice to Central Asia supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. Jeff serves as Vice-President of the Eagles Landing Homeowners Association, Inc.
Jeff's career highlights include:
Seasoned director of property and financial management well known for excellence in overseeing 27 different condominium association properties valued at $765 million, with operating budgets over $7 million and managing 1,300 rental units generating over 170,000 occupied room nights a year.
He is a licensed community association manager (CAM) and a certified pool operator (CPO) in the State of Florida and a proven leader, managing over 560 personnel with diverse backgrounds and educational skills. He motivates with a team building and coaching style, resulting in bringing projects in on time, at budget with satisfied clients.
Awarded Air Force Bronze Star for leading joint Special Operations Forces logistics team in the Afghanistan area of operations.
Experienced production engineer in the aircraft industry overseeing on and off equipment maintenance, aircraft production, parts manufacturing, component repair, major aircraft inspections, and scheduling.
Expert in process improvement, quality management, and goal oriented leadership with training and hands on experience in Lean-Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, and Priority Advantage.
Career logistician experienced in a myriad of disciplines to include systems acquisition, transportation, supply chain management, contracting, outsourcing, and aircraft maintenance. Formerly recognized as Certified Professional Logistician (C.P.L.) from the Society of Logistics Engineers (SOLE).
Jeff and Kathleen are a happily married couple of fourteen years. They live in their Destin home. Jeff is the proud father of Zach and Kierstin Cresse and step father of Katrina and Caroline Lathi.

Kathleen Cresse, CAM, CPO
Kathleen was born and raised in Piscataway, New Jersey. After earning two Bachelors of Art Degrees in Marketing and Fine Art from Stockton State College in 1989, she worked in Atlantic City for Bally's Grand. She also worked for a local real estate firm and obtained her New Jersey real estate license and managed two restaurants.
In 1993, she moved to the Emerald Coast and settled in Destin. Shortly there after, she began a long and rewarding tenure with Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Food and Beverage management. For over fourteen years, she served the owners, guests and many thousands of patrons of the Resort.
Before leaving Sandestin in January 2008, she made the following marks:
A proven leader directing over 350 personnel in the successful delivery of $21 million annually in food, beverage, banquet, conference service, and retail services to over 245,000 guests at a very high rate of customer satisfaction.
Promoted to Executive Director at one of the South's Premier Resort Destinations.
Award winning restaurateur creating one of the Emerald Coast's most remarkable fine dining experiences at the Elephant Walk.
Garnered the highly coveted Distinguished Restaurants of North America Award (DIRONA).
Wine Spectator Top 200 award, and Emerald Coast Magazine "Best Place for Fine Dining" award.
A tireless entrepreneur helping to bring Starbucks Coffee to the North Florida by building corporate relationships and creating, designing, constructing, marketing and staffing four highly successful licensed outlets in and around Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and Grayton Beach.
Expert project manager overseeing all food and beverage aspects at the first ever and subsequent "Boeing at Sandestin Champion's Tour" PGA event; Successfully fulfilling the diverse needs of 140 tour players, 20 different corporate sponsors with full service box seats, and over 50,000 spectators.
Kathleen is the proud mother of Katrina and Caroline Lathi and wonderful step mother of Zach and Kierstin Cresse. Kathleen's parents, sister and brother have all joined her in moving to the beautiful Destin community.

Scott moved to the Emerald Coast with his family in 1970. He went to local schools in the area and then to college at the University of Florida, eventually transferring to the University of West Florida where he graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Upon graduation, he quickly earned an excellent accounting reputation performing tax preparation services for both individual and corporate clients at a local CPA firm. He then took a management position with Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, where he honed his management, accounting, and budgeting skills until joining Southern Resorts and RE/MAX Southern Realty companies in 2001. From 2001 until the present day, Scott has served outstandingly as Southern's Controller. His knowledge and experience in homeowner accounting, financial planning, and the budgetary process brings a valuable asset to the company. Scott lives in the heart of Destin.

CAM - Serving Okaloosa Island
Lisa was born at Little Rock Air Force base in Arkansas and raised mainly in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Spanaway, Washington. She was co-owner of a manufactured housing dealership and landscape company in Lakewood Washington for ten years until 1999. She moved back to the emerald coast in 2001 and began working in the resort hospitality industry as a rental manager for Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort from 2002 -2005. She obtained her CAM license in 2005 and real estate sales license in 2007. Lisa left Sandestin Resort in 2008 after accomplishing the following:
· Property manager/owner relations 2002-2005
· CAM 2005-2007 managing COAs and HOAs equaling five neighborhoods and 521 doors.
· General Manager and acting CAM 2007 for a new bay front rental condo at Baypoint Resort in PCB, FL.
· Director of association management 2007-2008 to oversee all aspects of association management sector of Sandestin Resort operations.
Lisa is a proud mother of three beautiful girls Melissa, Christina and Tessa and has spent the last three years spending time with them in Southern California 2008-2011. Her parents are retired Air Force who like Lisa call Fort Walton Beach home. She enjoys volunteering for the humane society. Last but certainly not least….she loves spending time with her six pound Chorkie (Chihuahua/Yorkie hybrid) companion dog Bambi.

Has resided in Texas, Colorado, Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia and overseas in Japan. She became a native of Florida in 1976 where she raised 4 daughters. She is now enjoying her 3 granddaughters.
Carol started out as a rental manager in a large Gulf Front Condominium which gave her some good experience when she went on to be the general manager of several different large and small Gulf Front Condominiums. Right now she is concentrating on Condominium Association Management and Homeowner Association Management.
She loves being outdoors gardening, hiking, biking or walking her chocolate lab Charlie. She especially enjoys being on, in or near the water and any related activity from sailing, fishing, swimming or just sitting on the beach reading a good book

|Greg Garms is the Association Manager for Southbay in Destin. Greg started with Southern Association Management in 2014, but has been a licensed C.A.M. since 2007. Originally from Northern Michigan, Greg lives in Santa Rosa Beach and after 10 years is proud to call the Emerald Coast home. Greg spends his free time enjoying our wonderful beaches with family and friends, biking with the kids and listening to live music throughout the area.|

Accounting Manager, CAM
|Katelynn was born and raised in Destin, FL. She graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School in 2005. She then ventured to Jackson, Mississippi where she attended a private Methodist school, Millsaps College. She graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Katelynn became a licensed CAM in 2015.|
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and children, Teagan, Brewer and Sawyer.
Office Manager, CAM
|Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. After graduating from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, she moved to Portland in 2007. Kristina moved to Destin in April 2012. Kristina obtained her CAM license in 2015.|
Prior to working for Southern Association Management, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank, from 2007-2012, working her way up to the position of Service Manager.
In her spare time, Kristina enjoys reading, going to the beach, watching football (Go Ducks!) taking pictures of her cat, and spending time with friends and family whenever she can.

Faith Austin, CAM
| Faith joined the Southern Association Management team in April 2015. After working for Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in property Management for several years, she made the move to the Community Association world. Faith is a CAM for the Sandestin area. Faith has been in the area since elementary school and has grown to love and adore all the natural wonders the Emerald Coast has to offer. She currently resides in Destin with her husband Colt and Golden Retrievers Marley and Zeus. |

Jorge Hernandez, CHME, CAM
With over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality and Meetings arena, Jorge Hernandez is a true industry veteran, having touched almost every facet of hotels and meetings, including senior leadership roles in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, and Operations.
As President & COO of GlobauxSource Jorge was the driving force that shaped GlobauxSource's intuitive and creative methodologies, having founded the company, and then through his efforts, to establish it as the major player in the meetings industry it is today.
Jorge is the former Director of Sales for the Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort in Mexico, and served as Regional Director of Sales. He has been a dynamic leader of numerous Sales and Marketing teams, most notably opening the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami, the first luxury hotel build in the US by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. In addition, Jorge has been part of distinguished hotel groups such as Fairmont, Hilton, and Marriot, and was named General Manager of the Calypso Resort and Towers opening the 650 all-suite resort in 2006.
Jorge was a founding member and former President of the Gulf States Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, worked with the Greater New Orleans Marketing Corporation, and served on the board of the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.
Having garnered numerous awards and honors during his career including nomination as MPI's (Meeting Professionals International) International Supplier of the Year, and also received MSAE's (Mississippi Society of Association Executives) Associate Member of the Year, Jorge remains committed to the industry. He has also achieved the prestigious CHME (Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive) designation from Hospitality Sales and Marketing International and a licensed Community Association Manager in the state of Florida.
Jorge is also currently working on obtaining his real estate sales license.

Regina Young, CAM, RSPS
| Regina is from the island of Guam. She moved to the states via military and settled in Florida, where her father retired. She has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Supervision with an emphasis in Human Resources. Along with her CAM license, Regina is also a licensed Realtor and has her Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification.|
Regina is married to Nickolas. They have a son (Liam), Australian Shepherd (Neason), and a cat (Finn). She is an art history enthusiast and as any typical islander would, enjoys being on or around the water.

| Sue Wallace, CAM Tops'l Beach Manor|| |
Sue is originally from South Africa. She arrived in the U.S.
in 1993 and obtained her U.S citizenship in 2006. Since she has moved to
Florida, Sue has been in the Condo Association Industry for over 10
years. She received her CAM license in 2014. She is the Association
Manager for Tops’l Beach Manor in Miramar Beach. Sue is also a
registered notary and during her free time, she officiates beach weddings.
Sue has two children, Ashlyn and Tanner, and one
granddaughter Londyn. She enjoys beach life, live music and spending as
much time with family and friends.

Jared joined the Southern Association Management team in
October of 2016. He brought with him over 10 years of hospitality and
management experience. He relocated to the area upon graduating from the
University of Kentucky with a bachelors in Hospitality Management &
Tourism, minoring in Business, in 2008. He is currently serving as CAM in the
Santa Rosa Beach area.
Jared resides in Santa Rosa Beach with his wife, Brooke, and
daughter, Grayson. They enjoy the outdoors in as many ways as possible through
